I do think we have a *pretty* good insurance plan that seems fair and balanced.

I like that I'm working for a company with a product I really believe in.

I love how we are all willing and able to help each other out at any moment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that I have ZERO reservation when it comes to talking to any of them. They're all in the office and mingling with us regularly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It really feels that we are all in the same boat trying to accomplish the same thing. Even when there are disagreements it's always with the same goal in mind, just different views on how to reach that goal.
