We work together really well and are always available to help each other. We have a mission as a company and all of us work hard to make it a reality.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact that we have a real mission as a company that we can all get behind. I also love that we have a large market that we have the chance to sell into.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is thoughtful and caring about the success of the company and the individuals that work at the company. What I love most is the fact that they higher people who are doers of the work and not just micro managers. A+
