Motivosity is very different to every other company I've worked at. They put their money where their mouth is and put their people and culture first. You're always encouraged to do what is best for you and it helps you to feel very valued as a person, even though it is work.

It does a great job at finding your strengths and ensuring you're the right person for the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't take a top-down approach to leadership. Rather, they focus their efforts on including others and more often than not, it results in people being more excited about working towards common goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team makes me laugh every day. I consider them to be friends before coworkers. I'm sure sometimes it gets in the way of work to some degree, but overall I think the positive team spirit leads to fewer barriers and more success.
