I got to meet the owner of the company and was taken seriously from the beginning.

They are slow to act but quick to consider feedback and changes. it's clear to me they are mature as business owners and we are in good hands
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all love what we do and what we are making. It does real good in the world and we are a product of the product, i love it!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, great benefits, but above all the CEO has us take "down days" to focus on ourselves and our mental health. this makes me feel like he cares about me as a person, not an asset.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We smile, a lot! I have never been at a company that works so well between departments. We aren't perfect, we also have power struggles but they're respectful and passionate not overreaching and aggressive. The result is a beautiful environment and an even better product offering to our customers
