Being around people who are the very best at what they do. It's incredible how everyone excels at their craft.

We have the freedom to make our own decisions, but value each other's opinions enough to always try to get feedback first.

Our team is always lifting each other up. We use our own software which allows us to share the good things that happen every day publicly.

The ability to work on my own schedule. No structured hours means I work when I am most efficient, even if it doesn't always line up with a traditional schedule.

I love that my team is excited to get together for things outside of the office and that our friendships don't end at 5:00. (or at 8am when work starts)

I enjoy working with the people around me in the company. It is very reassuring that I can tackle the projects I own and rely on quality constructive feedback without worry of being brought down

Being a company that deals in the business of company culture, I feel like they have nailed it at Motivosity. Caring about the employee is something every company says they do, but here, it actually is the truth.
