Coming here was a hard decision as I had a couple other compelling offers, but once I started here, I quickly knew that this place was special and would be a great place to further my career. The team is young at heart and they feed each other to do more and have fun doing it.

They provide a generous commission rate and also a competitive base salary. There's great potential to make some serious money here.

They are experienced, successful thought leaders. They now pool their experience and expertise together to build a meaningful products that our customers absolutely love and don't want to live without.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We use our own tool and it's created an environment of team work, service to others, and also pushing the needle to learn and improve every day. I love the interactive and collaborative environment. I'm learning a lot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We use Motivosity, our own product. We constantly are recognizing and appreciating each other for the little things we do every day to serve and help each other. It's a very collaborative culture and keeps me very motivated and engaged.
What makes you most happy at work?
As a sales rep, I talk to customers and prospects daily. I love seeing the constant praise and excitement our customers share about our product, sometimes with us and sometimes on social sites. It's very motivating and validating that what we're doing really works and is meaningful to organizations.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My friend works here already and I knew he'd be strait with me about what it was like and also if the success and potential was real or not. His connection calmed a lot of worries and unknowns. The VP of sales is the most personable and caring sales leader I've had. He is an amazing sales coach.
