What did you like most about the interview process?
We interviewed at Starbucks. It was a casual conversation where questions were brought up naturally and it was an easy conversation even though some of the questions were difficult. I think the best part was that I was able to message the interviewer after the fact and receive valuable feedback
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're reachable. They're right here in the trenches working hard to accomplish the goals of the company. They live our core values and positively encourage us to do the same. I'm just an intern and at previous companies I've interned at they let you know that you are JUST another intern. not here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a unique skill set and can bring something to the table. There is such talent here and I feel like I can learn and grow and compete with my peer's in a constructive environment. It is hands down the best team I've ever worked with. Everyone pushes and keeps each other accountable.
