I wish I had a higher base, but I like it here so much that I'm willing to be patient knowing more money will come as I sell more. The base is the only complaint I have.

Accessibility. A willingness to get in the trenches with us.

The hiring manager asked me about my wife and family. Nobody else did that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like a bigger base since we aren't predictable with commission yet. A larger base would allow me to be patient. I love working here, but at the end of the day my family will need to come first if we can't prove to be consistent in sales.
