Just being here and getting to work and learn from such awesome friends and mentors
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty informal. We actually were off-site at a Starbucks and it was a really fun conversation. I could tell that my boss really cared
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Have you heard of unlimited PTO? Yea that's hands down it. I love being able to work wherever and whenever. Have an idea at 3:00 am? cool! knock it out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's something intangible to motivosity. Everyone understands our purpose and goal. As such, we're able to work together and support each other in our on-going efforts to help other people be happier about going to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everything about my team is awesome! We go to lunch together, we're actually friends that go out outside of work (dinner, game nights, movie-nights, rollerskating). You name it we do it. It's a great team and it's awesomeeeee
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are ALL reachable! Have a question about anything? They'll take the time to answer it and really go in-depth. On top of that, they really care! Just yesterday I scheduled a meeting with my boss to help me plan out my career and help me map out where I'm heading. :)
