The optimism and work ethic that are brought by every team member every day. We also don't take ourselves too serious.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved the personal interaction with each team member and ability to ask candid and open questions. I also go to go to dinner with my potential boss with our spouses.

Everyone is genuinely concerned about each other's well being and I look forward to seeing them all each day.. A lot of autonomy and ability to accomplish projects/tasks without being micromanaged is a plus as well.
