This has been the best job I have ever had and love working here, I wouldn't leave for a better monetary compensation

I think I get paid quite fairly for being a part-time student

My team is just fun to work with and all work hard

We all want each other to succeed and we care about one another and treat everyone with respect and genuine care

I love being able to interact with my co-workers and enjoy great conversations everyday whether that be about life, or the company.

My team is always great to work with and care more about who I am and my goals then just getting tasks done each day

I am still part-time so I don't have the full benefits that are offered but I know that it will be having the great medical coverage.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed that the interviewer was very real, upfront and wanted to know more about who I was as a person rather than the technical attributes of my resume

Everyone is friends with a common goal and purpose and we all do what we can to help each other grow. You can be yourself here and know you'll be supported

I like that I am friends with all of the leadership team, they know me as a friend. I also know they are all committed to the success of Motivosity and are putting their best effort
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is genuine and good. Each person is there to contribute and do their part but also have lots of fun along the way. Communication is great, the ability to learn and ask questions is awesome and I love that we all get along so well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are simply nice. We want others to succeed and we recognize nice when they do. If anyone is struggling with a project or client there are for or five extra hands jumping in to help. Everyone cares for each other and there are no fake attitudes
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our leadership team is very active instead of reactive and come into each day with energy to keep improving and building the company, but also see that everyone needs to be a part of that and rely heavily on each member of the company so we can all grow together.
