It's been great! Every day is a learning experience on ways we can improve and I enjoy all the people that I have been able to work with!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the paid premiums for our health insurance along with our HSA accounts. Downdays are probably my most favorite though!

They are clear about the goals that we set as a company and care about you as a person rather then a number.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility and work-life balance. I love being able to get my work done, but also being able to take care of my family at the same time!

They care. Simple as that. They care about the company, our goals, our future, and us as people. We aren't employees here are Motivosity and we are treated like people!

Our leadership team knows and understands the vision of Motivosity and where they want to take it. With the knowledge and experience they have, it's amazing what we all can learn from them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to sit down with the CEO at the end and discuss the company and position with him. It was great to get his vision and story behind why he started Motivosity!

I love my team! We all work together to get the job done. There's always room to grow and need for improvement, but we all help each other get to where we need to be,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Using Motivosity helps establish a great culture here. We all care about the work that we do and the awesome things that we accomplish. I feel like we are all engaged in the same work, supporting one another in our efforts!
