We are friends. I love that I can do things with them outside of work and feel like it's normal.

There isn't one negative thing here, figuratively and literally. Everyone is happy and smiling and loves what they do, and you can tell it's genuine.

I love the health insurance/HSA. I didn't have any at my old job, so it's great. I see that as a big part of my compensation.

I love that they don't put themselves above any of the employees. They get down in the trenches with us and help get the dirty work done.

We are all friends! I have made so many great friendships in and out of the office and can thank Motivosity for bringing all of us together.

They care about you. And they make sure you know. They ask about my life, they remember things about me and the people/things that are important to me.

Everything. I love that they give us unlimited PTO and mean it. It's not some unspoken expectation to take time off - they WANT us to have lives.

There is no negativity. I like to say that Mondays are great with Motivosity. Everyone is kind and cares about each other and about all of our customers.

The emphasis on family and personal lives. I love that Motivosity understands that work fits into my life, and I shouldn't be trying to fit life into my work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are genuinely friends. I can count on them in and out of the office. I've never considered work to be my favorite place to meet new people until Motivosity.

They are incredible. I've never had such a humble leadership team that is willing to get down in the weeds with us and take on any project, no matter how small.

Everything is seen as an opportunity to grow. I don't think we have a single negative person on our team. The energy in the office is infectious and every day feels like a Friday.

I love our down days. Having to take a day to reconnect with myself and think about life really shows that I have a company that cares about me and my health - physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.
