Leaders constantly solicit feedback from every single employee. Unique!
The leadership team is incredible. Everyone is incredible and extremely knowledgeable.

Monitoring the actions of the immediate managers

Comprehensive. Lots of choices depending on coverages desired

They should increase the pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
All come from different specialty backgrounds so youre never alone and have tons of resources. We all get along great and help each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive work environment. Excellent work-life balance. I have great flexibility.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of new management. Better EMR. Show employees you care. When it comes down to it bedside nursing would probably pay more than working 13 hours a day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Casual but informative, meeting others, it was virtual and convenient
My recruiter at MPAC was the best ever. She was transparent and told me the good and the bad. She helped me make a good decision. I appreciated her honesty.
Getting to know different team members and departments throughout the company.
Excellent recruiters who are super energetic and engaging. They provide a ton of great information and really make the company come alive.
