Great product, and good CEO. Absolute terrible experience in the sales orginization. Bait and switch recruiting tactics, and obvious empire building.
The CEO treats employees as if they're disposable and burdensome. He is consistently making poor decisions leading to budget cuts and lay offs every few years.
I enjoy going to the office every day (even though it's not required) and feel like I'm always learning something new.
