What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very accessible to all employees and never too busy to spend time helping the team learn and grow.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Enterprise leadership team doesnt have an Enterprise SaaS experience. CEO needs to turn everyone over starting at thr CRO level and promote through the ranks based on merit.
The leadership team is currently made up of several egotistical white men with a few white females who make excuses for the team's bad behaviors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is pretty good.
Our benefits are amazing. Every year we save so much money in healthcare costs because everything is free.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is an expectation that you will do 2 or more roles for mediocre pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some really cool peers at the company.
smart and supportive coworkers who are generally giving 100%.
The team is smart, kind, talented and fun to be around. Great group!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are given flexibility and the freedom to make their own decisions, which helps with work-life balance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More experience needed at the leadership level in the sales organizations. Empire building wont get you far.
Replace the entire executive team starting with the CEO.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The sales leadership seemed pretty personable and to be straight shooters. They were lying though.
Accommodating and friendly interviews. Quick process.
We've done a great job scaling as we grow and making sure every new team member encompasses our company values.

We have a really solid product.
The people - it's the best team I've ever worked with.

Limited innovation and poor money management.
