Tool based advance process. Well defined process, although many teams involved like Talent fulfilment, vendors, HRBP etc still it goes smooth with proper communications.

Once again Nitin Rakesh - the strategies, growth path, well defined plans , execution and his mentorship has changed the outlook of Mphasis. The energy, positivity, results and satisfaction which I could see under his leadership was never seen earlier.
