There sense of humor and how they try.
We were all helpful. There was no office gossip or backbiting. We came to work and we did exactly that. Everyone was supportive

I think it is relaxed. so gives plenty of time for family

Direct, to the point and friendly.
Role articulation at the beginning of interview to ensure Candidate knows what he is getting into and what are the expectations the role offers & leaving the decision & choice to candidate to continue or decline to proceed with interview if the role is not aligned to his goals and aspirations.
Takes not much time and decisive
In Interview Process I liked the most is how they are talking to a resources and they concentrate on the real time questions when they are doing interview.

my work itself make me happy because the work what I am doing is very good and the co-workers helps me very much when indeed.
