good process with good communication

Direct, to the point and friendly.
Role articulation at the beginning of interview to ensure Candidate knows what he is getting into and what are the expectations the role offers & leaving the decision & choice to candidate to continue or decline to proceed with interview if the role is not aligned to his goals and aspirations.
Takes not much time and decisive
In Interview Process I liked the most is how they are talking to a resources and they concentrate on the real time questions when they are doing interview.
over all it is nice to work and its good
only and hour and talked about a short technical design issue

Tool based advance process. Well defined process, although many teams involved like Talent fulfilment, vendors, HRBP etc still it goes smooth with proper communications.
