Salary should be according to the results. Some people from Head Office in Geneva should stay with out Salary according to their results and management knowledge
Wrong old-school mindset (valueing more the "old friends"), unprofessional HR at Explora Journeys (high ego, negative assertiveness), poor HR at MSC (lack of support/infos), senior management lacking expertise
the hourly rate should be higher.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need more training of the Managers .Recruitment process is very poor, senior management in Geneva needs to be checked for their knowledge and expertise.

the people helping improve and become better.
