Stephen J. Szilagyi — Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at MSC Industrial Direct

Mr. Stephen J. Szilagyi, also known as Steve, has been Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc. since May 2017. Mr. Szilagyi has more than 25 years of supply chain experience, including leadership roles prior to Lowe's in wholesale distribution and retail/consumer products supply chain consulting services. He served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Lowe's Companies, Inc. until June 4, 2016, Supply Chain Executive of Lowe's Companies Inc. since January 2013 and Senior Vice President for Distribution since February 2006. He began his career at Lowe's in 2001 as Regional Director of Distribution and was named Vice President of Distribution in 2002. He serves on the Board of Directors of the National Organization on Disability in New York, N.Y. and the Board of Directors of the Ada Jenkins Center. He served as Director of Distribution for Wesco Distribution and as Principal with Kurt Salmon Associates. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University.
