MSCI Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Most of the compensation is in cash.

Yearly bonus that is based on personal performance as well as company performance

PTO, sick leave, HSA, 401K

Great bonus and stock options

Performance stock and options grants

Bonus is very good here

Health benefits and pension payments

Stocks And incentive plan that is linked to performance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that I do the work of multiple people and that I have a very broad skill set but that I'm limited by the level I was hired at.

Groupism and blue eyed boy syndrome, entrenched and unresponsive to what is important to grow, too much chasing media noise and not enough awareness of what is important for structural growth

steep learning curves and hit the ground running are all too well, but when decisions don't get taken, nor is there implementation of ideas beyond show window dressing, the 'kitchen battles' are likely to hit output. very high churn shows how exhausted people get, which compensation alone can't fix
