The amount of work that is expected to get done to meet someone else's arbitrary deadline.

Growth mindset is really needed.

Overhaul of legacy personnel and infrastructure

probably part of the zoom and covid isolation is responsible, but you cannot have culture without interaction that is open and honest. A hybrid workplace is unlikely to foster sanitization. People have worked collaboratively in other places for decades, but not here
