Diana Tidd — Head of Index at MSCI

Ms. Diana H. Tidd has been the Head of Index at MSCI Inc. since February 2016 and served as its Managing Director. Ms. Tidd is responsible for all aspects of product management and business strategy for the MSCI indexes. She served as the Global Head of Equity Index Products at MSCI Inc. since October 9, 2015 until February 2016 and also served as its Managing Director February 2016. Ms. Tidd served as Head of Americas Index Businesses at MSCI Inc. from 2012 to October 2015. During her tenure at MSCI, Ms. Tidd has served in a variety of roles, including Head of Americas Client Coverage for six years. Prior to joining MSCI in 1999, Ms. Tidd worked at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in Boston for five years where she had roles in the Risk and Europe teams, before becoming Head of the Asia Team in the global custody division. She started her career in the Trust and Estates division of the Private Bank at Bankers Trust Co. She serves on the board of Women in ETFs, as well as WAVE, West Africa Village Education. Ms. Tidd graduated with a BA in Political Science from Colgate University and received a Master's Degree in Latin American Studies from Stanford University.
