Very supporting and knowledgeable, willing to help
the team is a great bunch of people, although many have become de-motivated over time due to poor leadership.
We are a diverse group of people who complement each other with different types of expertise.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
engagement to build the teams relation and appreciation for the hard and honest work and work with each other rather than work individually
Communication is lacking at time. Some coworkers are disengaged.

Freedom, no micromanagement and the learning curve

I have a few good friends at work. Also, this is a secure job so I don't worry about being laid off.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Senior leadership do not understand the local markets. This has forced decisions that have destroyed many relationships with doctors and government. hopefully new leadership will rectify things, but it will take a long time.
