the team is a great bunch of people, although many have become de-motivated over time due to poor leadership.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Senior leadership do not understand the local markets. This has forced decisions that have destroyed many relationships with doctors and government. hopefully new leadership will rectify things, but it will take a long time.
