Mr. Gregg G. Seibert serves as Vice Chairman of MSG Networks Inc. (Alternate name: The Madison Square Garden Company). Mr. Seibert served as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of CSC Holdings, LLC until February 28, 2015. Mr. Seibert has a substantial knowledge of the cable and telecommunications industries, as well as more than 20 years of experience in developing, executing and managing complex financial transactions and relationships. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cablevision Systems Corporation from June 2011 to March 1, 2015. He oversaw Cablevision's treasury and investor relations functions. His responsibilities include capital and cash management as well as the communication of Cablevision's operational and financial objectives to individual and institutional shareholders, financial analysts and investment managers. He served as Executive Vice President of Altice, USA from January 2009 to February 2013. Mr. Seibert joined Cablevision in January 2009 and helped to shape the Cablevision's overall strategy, while playing an instrumental role in a number of its key strategic initiatives, including Cablevision's spin-offs of The Madison Square Garden Company and AMC Networks Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of CSC Holdings, LLC. He served for two decades at Merrill Lynch, where he served on various financing and strategic transactions for companies across a number of industries. This includes banking activities for some of today's top media companies such as Cablevision, Comcast, Liberty Media, News Corporation and many others. He served as Member of Executive Client Coverage Group and Senior Vice President of BofA Merrill Lynch (formerly Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.) from 2004 to 2009. He joined Merrill Lynch in May 1989 as a Managing Director and Head of the Global Media Group. He was responsible for Merrill Lynch's investment banking activities in media and related entertainment industries. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Seibert served as Head of Americas Corporate Banking and managed all of Merrill Lynch's investment banking activities across the United States, Latin America and Canada. Prior to this, he served as Co-Head of Global Corporate Finance and Co-Head of Global Industries and Communications Group (GIC) within the former Global Investment Banking division. For 20 years, he worked on all varieties of financing and strategic transactions for a diverse list of media companies including News Corporation, Tele-Communications, Inc., Infinity Broadcasting, Liberty Media, Time Warner and numerous others. He serves as Vice Chairman of AMC Networks International. He has been Vice Chairman of AMC Networks Inc. since February 6, 2015 and Cablevision Systems Corporation since February 2013. He served as Vice Chairman of The Madison Square Garden Company until December 9, 2016 He served as Vice Chairman at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., from 2004 to 2009. Mr. Seibert received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
