Tragically I feel the system is broken and leaves many people with mental illness who actually are at a functioning level without any help/options before reaching a point where hospitalization is necessary.

It was fast and I needed a job quickly.

watching a truly sick person get better and take control of their lives, setting them on the path for success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
willingness to help me with the computer even though they have already showed me how to do whatever I need help with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make $14.57, fast food literally pays more. I left a 16 dollar an hour job to take this opportunity because it is my passion, I doubt the pay will ever be able to compete with what I would make as a CNA, and it should.
