What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team was very much attached to each team member helping in smoother deliveries
willingness to help me with the computer even though they have already showed me how to do whatever I need help with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make $14.57, fast food literally pays more. I left a 16 dollar an hour job to take this opportunity because it is my passion, I doubt the pay will ever be able to compete with what I would make as a CNA, and it should.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every team member is very helpful
