- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Culturally wrong in the certain team, as a manager said in a private meeting: "I want to make this as an absolutely clarity - in case of failure, our team should not be in the position of taking blames solely, all parties in the project - Microsoft, A team, B team, are all responsible."
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?I am not sure what kind of corporate values MSKCC is promoting, I hope one day you could say to all employees: "I want to make this as an absolutely clarity - do not lie and fake in your work". Is that something beyond the common sense?
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Most of my colleagues are nice, honest and hard-working. An adventure place for the caste system and gangster lovers in some teams.
