What do you like best about the leadership team?
it feels like a family
They are a very Caring Leadership Team
Comfortable, easy going individuals but still very intelligent and good at what they do.
Good people that genuinely care. Sometimes they have to make business decisions which can be hard to understand or accept but I know they don't take these decisions lightly. I believe in them and the course they've set for MTD.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Remove favoritism and promote based on merit.
Stop Discrimination and terrorist threats. People should not only feel safe working at MTD but safe in Canada period
Everything that is possible to get better at.
Communication and listening to the little people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical insurance mayor and minor.
I simply like having the benefits, but do not have a favorite. Overall, MTD pays a fair wage for the labor expected.
I have a great benefit package including insurance, life insurance and AD & D to name a few
competitive but the little things make all the difference
I like the bonus structure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop Discrimination and terrorizing people because of religious beliefs or skin color
Pay more work less harsh
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always try to help each other.
We have a solid second shift department, where we work well together and get many positive things done for our company.
I have a great office atmosphere and easy to work with
I have the autonomy and flexibility I need but can ask and receive help when I need it.
Flexible, caring, diverse and inclusive
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's not the coworkers it's the supervisors
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managers are friends with each other.
I enjoy working with the people on the lines, the environment on the production line is friendly and mostly inclusive.
Everyone just wants to get paid.
The staff is very friendly and engaged
Family matters, people matter here, your life matters...I've been supported and helped when needed and in return I work hard when I can. I have flexibility needed for home/family but still have a fast-paced, highly professional career.

Listening to your workers and make big changes

The people who interviewed me made me feel very confortable.
It was logical and informative.
The speed of the schedule for the interview.

I feel supported about having time to be with my Children.
Finding solutions to problems on the line and the neverending pace and variety of the issues I deal with.
My coworkers are the best to work with on a daily basis
My actual work. I love what I do.
Knowing that I have the flexibility I need for life and the autonomy I need for my work.
