What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managers are friends with each other.
I enjoy working with the people on the lines, the environment on the production line is friendly and mostly inclusive.
Everyone just wants to get paid.
The staff is very friendly and engaged
Family matters, people matter here, your life matters...I've been supported and helped when needed and in return I work hard when I can. I have flexibility needed for home/family but still have a fast-paced, highly professional career.
People here are great. Some have been here for 30+ years but we also have a lot of young, bright professionals eager to contribute. I've also experienced a lot of trust, autonomy and some nice, unexpected perks.
