What do you like best about the leadership team?
When you see them, they are typically pleasant to talk to. They are open to listening if you have a problem.
So far, so good. Looking forward to working in Radius.
It's A great place to earn a great hourly wage

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and brtter choice in leadership. Managers are inexperienced in the job
Communication, respect, work distribution and job description understanding, management, accountability
Understanding the company exists to bring product satisfaction to the customer. They seem to think it's the opposite.
Finding a plant manager who will listen to the employees.
Everything. The assumption of employees will learn without being taught is outrageous leading to a revolving door. Learn to train and communicate. Reward employees who go above expectations opposed to giving the same raise to people who you keep simply because they're a body.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compared to other places our insurance is decently priced
It meets the bare minimum requirements
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower pay and higher expectations for supervisors than other companies.
Employee turnover is huge. Profit sharing.
Better health care, sick time, be able to use my floating holidays as i choose
Pay people for what they contribute and factor in cross training. So desperate for new employees they are being paid close to what experienced workers are.
I feel with my lack of supervisory skillset i am in a bottom tier of pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
Get the job done always
We help each other out.
Teamwork is important to them. When allowed by management, team members are always enthusiastic to jump in and help each other out.
Long term employees with important experience and tribal knowledge.
Most of our team is hard working and try to be positive and do what is needed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Qualified supervisors with experience in the department they supervise
They need more respect for their fellow coworkers, working with them would be easier if you didn't hear them gossiping and name calling other coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That’s a negative Ghost rid
Team members on the floor will help each other since we have very little support outside of production.
Teamwork makes the dream work.
Good support, not too many negative comments or complaints.
The employees are a well blended mix of experiance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More organized. More training on all sides
Meetings and communication with training

What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast pace and friendly coworker
The positive attitude. Being told about what they expect so I can prepare
It felt as if I had the job right away so no pressure.
Met with the production manager and HR, both were very welcoming and upfront with the job.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
HR need to be actively engage candidate
HR appears to not be sufficiently qualified or knowledgeable in best practices.
What makes you most happy at work?
Pay day and time off
A stress free day. Good products to run from the presses. But, they dont care
Being able to learn new things and help out when im able.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad print stock Use good print stock
Have some top down management that cares about their people first. Take care of your people and they will take care of your customers.
No improvement on the process
Sell the business to someone else
President and middle management are not approachable or display value in employees.
