Team members on the floor will help each other since we have very little support outside of production.

More organized. More training on all sides

Management needs to change their attitude towards people who actually make money for the company
Listen to employee input. Ignorance leads to poor leadership and low moral
Move out old stale management for more innovative individuals. Current president and middle management are preoccupied with other personal agendas, not company growth.
