Timothy Lutz — VP & Chief Accounting Officer at Multi Color Corporation

Mr. Timothy P. Lutz, also known as Tim, has been Chief Accounting Officer at Multi-Color Corp. since December 8, 2014 and has been its Vice President since December 2014. Mr. Lutz has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Webcor Builders since January 2004. He joined Webcor in April of 2003 as Senior Vice President of Finance. Mr. Lutz is responsible for all company operations related to finance, tax, accounting and risk management. Mr. Lutz served as the Chief Financial Officer of Xavient Information Systems Inc. Mr. Lutz played an integral role on Xavient's senior management team and was responsible for overall financial corporate control, including governance and internal audit compliance. He also played a key role in cultivating relationships with outside financing resources and serving as a major advisor to Xavient's top executives. He has over 20 years of experience specializing in tax and accounting for companies in the real estate, construction and manufacturing industries while in the practice of public accounting. He was Vice President of Finance of Convergys Corporation ( Convergys ) and the Vice President of Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer of Convergys. He spent ten years at Convergys Corporation and served as its Vice President of Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer. He served as Chief Financial Officer of telecommunications software division of Convergys Corporation and was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, cash management and capital expenditure decisions. In this crucial role, he led new business opportunities for the cable and wireless industries which resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in both new revenue and operating profits over a short span of five years. Mr. Lutz was Partner In Charge of the tax department for Shilling & Kenyon / SK Consulting, a large regional public accounting firm in the Silicon Valley. From 1999 to April 2003, he was Partner In Charge at the San Jose office of Century Business Services. Prior to Convergys, he worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a manager of business assurance, with a focus on information technology for the telecommunications industry.While in charge of the office, Mr. Lutz also provided tax and business consulting service for clients. He serves as Member of Advisory Board of Santa Fe Partner. Mr. Lutz serves on the board of directors as well as being a key Member of the Executive Management Committee at Webcor Builders. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. Mr. Lutz received his Executive MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from Ohio University.
