The Belonging Program

As part of the discussions about equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging that our organization has been engaged in, we have begun developing a more comprehensive Belonging Program. This program will serve as an overall guide to our organization as we travel on our Belonging Journey, with a special focus on our employees.
