I have been at Murdock Martell for 8 years which is the longest time I have ever spent at one company. I thankful mostly for the flexibility I am given to enjoy my personal life. At the same time my job is interesting and I enjoy the our management team and staff.

Culture is positive and supportive with everyone aiming to please our clients.

Leadership team communicated frequently and effectively. Place a great improtance on both the staff and clients.
What makes you most happy at work?
A challenging project that I am able to complete efficiently and hopefully save the client money as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
If work 30 hours have great benefits package. But if work less than 30 still get generous PTO, flexibility and paid training.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Independence and flexiblity, you are treated as a professional to complete your tasks without being micromanage. However if you reach out everyone is eager to assist.
