I learn a lot from each client I support and am challenged to reach the next level. The company seeks out new opportunists for me that will help me develop professionally. Lets me operate independently, manage my client and trusts me to ask for support when needed.

She is respectful and considerate, provides personal recognition and thanks for work done well. She strives to provide the best service to clients and a good work environment for staff. Provides ongoing training and sharing of ideas between staff. She has a collaborative and great team in place.
