The interview is more like a chatting, discussing about the company culture and looking for someone fits.
The atmosphere is very good. Everyone in the company is helpful and knowledgeable. They share their industry experience and let you understand what's the job looks like. The question is not hard, but just try to figure out whether it's a good fit.
Warm and friendly, it was focused on seeing if their was a good fit between the needs to the client, the company and mine.
