Executive Bio
Mr. Kent Knudsen, CFA serves as Senior Vice President of Securities Risk Management at Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company and served as its Senior Vice President of Investments. Mr. Knudsen has worked extensively in the analysis, structuring and negotiation of privately placed debt and equity securities. He is also responsible for managing Mutual of Omaha's private equity portfolio. Prior to joining Mutual of Omaha in 1996, Mr. Knudsen spent 13 years with The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. He serves as a Director of Prodesse Inc. He serves on the advisory boards of Oxford Bioscience Partners, Heartland Capital Advisors and Duke Street Capital. He holds a BS in Mathematics from Lawrence University and an MBA from the University of Ohio. Mr. Knudsen is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
