Mr. Kevin C. Hale serves as Executive Vice President of Community Banking at Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. He served as Executive Vice President of Community Banking at Mutual of Omaha Bank since March 2, 2011 and served as its Director of Wealth Management and Chief Lending Officer. Mr. Hale has more than 30 years of banking experience. He served as an Executive Vice President and Director of Community Banking at Mutual of Omaha Bank from February 2010 to March 2, 2011. He served as the President of Florida State at Mutual of Omaha Bank. He served as Regional President of East of Mutual of Omaha Bank since October 2008. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of First Priority Bank (Bradenton, FL). He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of First National Bankshares of Florida Inc. (FNBFL) from 2001 to 2002. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Fifth Third Bank of Florida. Mr. Hale also served as Chief Operating Officer of FNBFL. Mr. Hale served as Executive Vice resident and Chief Operating Officer of F.N.B. Corporation from 2002 to 2003 and Florida Division of FNB Corp. from 2000 to 2001. He left F.N.B. Corporation in January 2004 and served as its Executive Vice President until January 2004. Before that, he served in several key executive positions with SunTrust Banks Inc., including five years as President and Chief Operating Officer of FNBL's Southwest Florida region. He served as the Senior Vice President of SunTrust Bank of South Florida from 1998 to 1999. He also served as Senior Executive Vice President of SunTrust Bank, Southwest Florida, with management responsibility for trust, investment services, private and executive banking, insurance sales, and retail brokerage services in a three-county area. From 1986 to 1994, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of SunBank, Naples. His senior management experience also includes four years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens & Southern National Bank of Brevard County and three years as President and Chief Executive Officer of First Bank of Marco Island. Mr. Hale also served in leadership roles with numerous area civic and charitable organizations, including the American Heart Association, the Economic Development Council of Collier County, the Community Foundation of Collier County, Youth Haven Inc., Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida, and the Philharmonic Center for the Arts Inc. He has been a Director of Florida Development Finance Corporation since March 2015. He served as the Vice Chairman of First National Bank of Florida in Naples, Florida, a subsidiary of First National Bankshares of Florida Inc. Mr. Hale is a graduate of the Leadership Florida Class of 2002 and University of Florida School of Banking at the Florida University, The Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University, and has a Bachelor of Laws at the Dalhousie University Law School in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and is a business administration graduate of Acadia University.
