MV is usually flexible with you if you need a flexible schedule, but overall the company has bad maintenance habits and careless about their drivers. High turnover rate with low wages and ok benefits.

How would you compare interviewing at MV Transportation to other places you've interviewed?
I would say, the interviewing experience was (and is!) better at MV Transportation. After I initially applied for a driving position, I was interviewed by the Operations Manager first and then I had a second interview with the General Manager. They were both very kind and fair. The atmosphere of all MV's, I'm sure, is laid back and comfortable. Don't worry...be happy!
