we need health insurance for employees and their families
We're the lowest paid bus company in California I'm told
The management don't appreciate employees
Paying employees @ a decent rate. Hard to live a life in the bay area for 20$ hour & thats after 5 year of my life
Sometimes they won't pay you the time they have you standing by like you could be standing by 4 hours and they won't pay you, sometimes you have to fight for the hours you do and trust me it happens to everyone, it's something that you have to keep a track of

MV hires almost anybody which brings in bad workers that should not be at the company.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Knowing my interviewer from having worked with him was the most helpful.
I was quickly brought in the day after submitting my application, then started training the following day, and before I knew it became a driver. Very quick and easy with pay as you learn.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better buses. The buses are electric and they don't keep good charge. When something is not working right on the bus often times the company don't fix it. We just gotta work in a uncomfortable bus
unprofessional drivers and managers. You get what you pay for and fastfood is pay more than MV
