What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great leadership team, doing fantatic job.
Non-hierarchical structure makes it easier and free to interact with everyone
Leadership is accessible to every single employee. Constructive criticism is encouraged. Management assumes the best of each employee and helps them succeed.
They are focused and goal oriented

Just focus on work rather than concerns on minor things
Addressing grievances fairly and taking action against harassment, even if it's outside workplace by one of their employees

Compensation is fair and in line with the market

Work is more with no weekends and holidays without any compensation

Coworkers are ok but executives are worse

The annual parties are just amazing.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
First of all, all the executive team members in the Nyc office needs to be fired.
Whole work culture needs overhauling
Long hours and no work life balance
