The transparency and communication, people can be radically candid with one another and we also have fun doing our jobs. We are trusted by our bosses which gives us the freedom to evolve !

My team! My boss is always willing to help if we need it and values our thoughts and opinions too, it doesn't feel like a boss- direct report relationship it feels like we all work together as one team and it makes me want to do my best work for our team and company
