What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are generally all accessible, passionate, engaged, smart, and talented.
I truly appreciate that our leadership team is approachable! I am able to book time on their calendars, ask questions and share my opinions and feedback openly.
Narvar is a spectacular company to work for, with great people and we're building an amazing product!
The leadership team seems to work well together. They work as a team and are not just focused on improving and scaling our products but also heavily investing in R&D wich is so important if the company is going to succeed.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Total compensation is very competitive. Great remote working benefits.
WFH bonus, full comprehensive benefits.
The pay is competitive and now with the WFH flexibility I really love working here

What are some of the best things about your team?
Talented, smart, fun people! Great org culture.
They are genuine, caring and supportive
My team is supportive, and eager to go the extra mile for our customers and internal stakeholders.
We are close. We support each other and what I like is that we do not have egos that push team members away. We like meeting with each other each week.
Great smart people, driving toward a common goal, and the can do spirit!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Weekly Global All Hands led by Narvar's CEO, virtual coffee and happy hours, lunch and learn sessions
It's a new culture. We shrank in size and now are a remote company. We are building our new company culture together while still sticking to our value of doing great things together.
The opportunity to increase my knowledge through hard work and working with an amazing and diverse team

What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt valued and respected.
Spoke to a variety of cross functional employees from most teams - got a great sense of the culture through talking to many employees.
I got to meet most of my team plus the teams I would be supporting.
Getting a chance to meet with a broad team to make sure I understood the culture.

Seeing the impact my work has on the company.
The people I work with are incredible.
Interacting with my team and the teams I support. For the most part everyone is extremely happy to help each other.
