What is the best part about your compensation package?

Being able to retire with a pension, if you stay with the government long enough, that is equal to your take home pay when you are working

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Managers who can't cope with working mothers in the work force should be forced to leave. Women can work from home 75% of the time, and still accomplish great things.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I have some coworkers who are wonderful, but it is the idiots who are rewarded. No one knows why. If the human resources were run like industry, NASA would retain its superstars, and be the phenomenal place to work, just like in the 60s and 80s

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The wrong people are being allowed to be the face of NASA to industry and to other space agencies. Someone needs to clean house, and put the people who are waiting in the wings in place of the people who should be gone, before they are stolen by industry.
