Great question, everything needs to be reevaluated, or sell the company.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Here I have no statement as the interview process was easy. They hire right-away because of all the turnover.

My coworkers and team would benefit from stronger communication, professionalism, accountability, and mutual respect in daily interactions. The work environment is often negatively impacted by poor collaboration, inconsistent teamwork, and unnecessary workplace tension.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership consistently demonstrated poor communication, lack of accountability, and behavior that created an unhealthy and highly stressful work environment. The company culture appeared to tolerate unprofessional conduct, inconsistent treatment of employees, and management practices.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because the workplace environment has often been unprofessional, unsupportive, and driven by poor leadership practices rather than respect and accountability. Employees are expected to handle high levels of stress, inconsistent treatment, and negative workplace behavior.
