Didn't receive bonus as promised even after getting exceed expectations. Dont trust the management.
they took the cheap way out as far as compensation

Gossip less and focus on work
Everyone moral is down. They hate the company & management

Everything about how the company is managed. They are only after making money. Unethical practices
trust the employees....dont be overly micro managing
