They switch health inairance companies every open enrollment period, on order to cut costs, leading you to have to find all new providers, 401K match is not conpetitive with the market, base salary raises are non-existant or mildly insulting, at best

Customers get locked into 3-year auto-renew contracts without knowing it. They get surprise unnotified rate increases. Products they didnt ask for are mysteriousky tacked on to ther accounts. They are promised price-locks but there's always some weird Netsuite "error" that increases rates :)
